Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund or an item to be exchanged it must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, free of stains or damage and in the same packaging. We do not cover return shipping expenses.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
If for some reason your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@flatlaid.com.au with photos of the damage, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
